A Federal Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry draft document has been leaked and it highlights its funding allocation for Western Australia’s sheep and wool sectors impacted by the live sheep export ban.  This year, the European Union’s Agriculture and Food Chief, Christophe Hansen published a 5-year plan ‘A Vision for Agriculture and Food’. The heavily sustainably focused roadmap presents significant trade barriers for Australian agriculture, particularly Canola exports.
