About the episode

Twenty-five years ago, fifteen people - mostly young backpackers and fruit pickers - were killed in an arson attack on a hostel in regional Queensland. Survivors and the families of victims have returned to the small town of Childers in the state's south-east to mark the anniversary and continue to call for the perpetrator not to be released from prison.
