DawgmanRadio: Defense once again on top as the Huskies head to the VMAC

DawgmanRadio: Defense once again on top as the Huskies head to the VMAC

About the episode

The guys from Dawgman.com - Kim Grinolds, Chris Fetters, and Scott Eklund - had to do a little improvising to put out this particular post-practice podcast, and it fit the theme of the day. In a move that went off-script, the Washington Huskies decided to practice off-site. In this case they went to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, the home training facility for the Seattle Seahawks. For the defense, they were suitably impressed and did their best 'Dark Side' imitation against Washington's offense, especially the defensive backs. Emmanuel Karnley and Paul Mencke Jr. were just two of the standout defenders. The guys first talked about what they saw on the offensive side of the ball, and then after a quick break to pay some bills flipped the script and talked defense. Then Scott gave a quick recruiting update on the last camp that he went to and the one he is going to this weekend.
