About the episode

Gemma Bastiani brings you a bonus edition of Credit to the Girls as she goes one on one with the retiring champion of AFLW, Erin Phillips. Phillips was apart of the inaugural Adelaide side that claimed the AFLW's first-ever premiership in 2017, she would go onto win her second flag in 2019. Both Premierships saw Erin earn the best on-ground medal for her performances.  This AFLW Grand Final, Phillips will be on hand to award the best player on the ground the same medal she earned twice.  After her time at the Crows, Phillips became the inaugural captain of Port Adelaide, the club she grew up loving and has spent the past 2 seasons leading.  Subscribe to Credit to the Girls wherever you get your podcasts. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
